okay,what is the new innovation in food ingredients ??? for who does love mee,can you imagine that now u can get it not only in yellow and white,but purple!!!=) huhalala.The purple wheat noodles,though distinctive in appearance,actually derived its violet hues from anthocyanins(the same oxidants found in blueberries) and purplebery flour(a blend or purple corn and purple wheat).Contrary to the coarse of texture with wholegrain products,these noodles are silky-smooth and firm to the last bite when cooked=)
